I had a fault with my boiler and flue. Chris made contact with me and was very friendly and polite on the phone. His approach and way of talking was calm and was very informative during the process. He came across very knowledgeable and his quote was very fair. He also gave good advice. He kept me informed of how the job will be completed and he also gave his timeframes to complete the work. Chris is a very good person who I can recommend to anyone wishing to request for his gas heating/plumbing services. He is definitely a good tradesman.
